I have to agree with you, Mike. When Nikon first rolled out their mirrorless system, it didn't look promising. AF wasn't quite up to snuff, and the lens roadmap looked a little fragmented. Both Nikon and Canon were late to the full-frame mirrorless game, giving Sony a big head start off the line. Since then, they have come a long, long way. The Z6's last firmware update transformed that camera; the -II versions of the Z6 and Z7 were a big step forward for certain users. The Z9 is, in my opinion, the camera that will get long-time Nikon professionals to make the transition to mirrorless. The Z8 was an instant hit and showed that Nikon knows their customers and has a solid strategy for their lineup, as does the Zf. Thanks for taking the time to reply!
